I was in this cafe on 12th August having driven up for a funeral nearby. I managed to park and found this lovely spot just around the corner on the main road out of the town. I am so glad that I had to drive right through Epping. This is a lovely, clean place to stop for a coffee and Danish pastry. Very clean and spacious toilet facilities. It was rather quiet on this extremely hot day. The service was welcoming and friendly. Recommended.

The cafe is clean, hygienic, spacious, tidy, modern, sleek, vibrant, colourful, comfortable, big and bright. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, honest, helpful, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, well mannered, professional, polite and intelligent. The two bags of 3 macron cost £7.20 and Coca Cola glass bottle £1.80 although it is expensive but quality over quantity because I know it is important to support local business. The food and drink was tasty, sweet, delicious, perfected, great quality and perfect shape because it just reminded of me being France although I never been there at all. Just go there and try it for yourself before it is too late.

We were tired and thirsty after walking 11 km in the Epping Forest. We were thrilled by the beautiful display of cakes. Decided to take some home for tea. Then I spotted the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! I couldn't ask for more! It was the perfect drink for us! The Black Forest Gateau Roll was delicious! The cherries were soaked in the liquor giving the perfect flavour! I loved it!

I had a lovely breakfast (at lunch) at Belgique. Service is to the table if your sitting in, and there is loads of choice on the menu. Not the cheapest, but not over the top either. We have already talked about coming back just for some tea and cake...!

The goat cheese tarlet was presented well with a little garnish. It was heated, which enhanced the lovely smell. The taste was delicious; light pastry and packed filling, but not eggs! The flat whites were quite good, even without the signature leaf on top. The cakes looked lovely and were delicious when eaten, the orange one was our favourite. The shop was made accessible by providing a portable ramp that the staff placed and removed. The music wasn't my taste.
